The Journey Begins:
Prior to any program, a 30 minute consultation session (in person or via phone call) will take place to discuss what results you are looking to achieve. This allows you to comfortably share your challenges in a safe and confidential environment, as well as explore the various options we have to offer.
Goal Setting & Accountability
Before coming together for your initial consultation, we ask you to consider some of the goals you see for yourself. You should be aware of your present situation and describe what you would like to accomplish or have been putting on the back burner. As you begin to discover your habits and desires through coaching, your goals may change and may be redefined throughout your program.
In-Person / Phone Sessions
Each session builds upon the last & is customized to your individual needs. We also offer group sessions if you enjoy an environment of open sharing and added peer support.
